Time to put an end to the myths of styling stripes.
Some may argue that horizontal stripes make us appear larger, wider and aren't as flattering in contrast to vertical stripes. However, it seems we've got it all wrong. There's scientific proof that horizontal stripes create an optical illusion, making the individual actually seem longer while vertical stripes actually accentuate girth and show all those unflattering bulges. Who knew?!!
