Brightly Twisted Road Trip!

Here at L&B, Brightly Twisted is a stylist favorite, especially because they are a Michigan company and are truly the nicest people to work with.

A few of the L&B Ladies had the awesome experience of visiting the Brightly Twisted Headquarters to learn more about their process and to dye their own one-of-a-kind pieces.  We are all still talking about what an awesome experience it was and wanted to share it all with you!

Added Bonus:  We are having Brightly Twisted trunk shows in 2 of our stores!  Meet the designers, create your own one-of-a-kind piece by choosing the style and color to be hand dyed in the Brightly Twisted studio and sent back to you, and shop TONS of additional Brightly Twisted styles to take home the same day!

Rockford:  May 18 5pm-8pm                   Grand Haven:  July 21 5pm-8pm

Entering the Brightly Twisted Headquarters in Livonia, MI

The Brightly Twisted team takes us on a tour including the dye area and their white room where all of the pre-dyed product is stored.

*Awesome fact:  All of Brightly Twisted's fabrics are sourced from California and their seamstresses are right here in Michigan!

Emily from Brightly Twisted takes us through the process and shows us their showroom.

Hard decisions being made on what pieces we would like to dye.

Brightly Twisted owners, Greg and Tammy show us some of the different dye techniques.  These are 2 of the nicest people you could meet (and you can meet them if you come to one of our Brightly Twisted Trunk shows)

Practicing our technique before we dive into doing our own pieces.

Sarah and Ellie are very proud of there coiling skills :)

On to the dye stage!

The Final Product!  Not bad for our first time....

xoxo,

L&B
