Shipping
Please note that items ordered together may not be shipped out on the same day. Occasionally items may be temporarily out-of-stock or backordered. You will be alerted in either instance and will be provided with an approximate date of shipment. Any shipping delay will be communicated to you at the time of your order. Should any other unforeseen delay occur, you will be notified within 10 days of placing your order.
Orders that are placed Monday thru Friday will be shipped within 24 hours of ordering, with occasional items taking 48 hours to process. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will ship out the following Monday (excluding holidays).
All orders are shipped via USPS.
Lee & Birch does not offer international shipping. We will only ship to the Domestic US. If an order is placed with an address outside of the US, we will cancel the order.

REFUSED SHIPMENTS
Refused shipments will be assessed a 25% restocking fee and all shipping charges. Please note we are not responsible or liable for the return, tracking down of, receipt or condition of refused shipments.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Lee & Birch is NOT Responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please submit all claims to the United States Postal Service or UPS. If your item arrives damages, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery.

We pride ourselves on customer satisfaction here at Lee & Birch. However if for any reason you do not love your purchase, return the item in its original condition within 14 days for a full refund, store credit or exchange [less shipping costs]. Lee & Birch is not responsible for return postage fees and original shipping charges are non-refundable. Merchandise must be returned in the original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with tags attached. Online purchase can be returned in-store at any location if receipt is present.
We ask that you please look over your order as soon as you get it to make sure everything is to your satisfaction. If you received a damaged item, we ask that you notify us within 72 hours of delivery.Please see our requirements and procedures below:
•Refunds - We will not begin processing the refund until the product(s) has arrived. Refunds will be credited to the same card used to make your purchase. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. The original shipping fee will be deducted from the refund for any order which included free shipping. Please allow 1 week for your refund to be processed from the date we inspect it for return. Depending on your credit card company's processing time it can take 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.
Store Credits- Store credits will be processed when the item(s) is received back. Store credits will be sent to the email associated with the order that was provided at checkout. We highly recommend checking your spam folder if you do not see your store credit in your inbox
•Exchanges- Once your return is received in our warehouse, we will process and ship your exchange with no additional cost! Your new item is not held until the exchange process is complete. If the size you requested is unavailable, you will receive a store credit for the amount of the purchase sent to the email provided at checkout.
•Sale Items- All sale items are FINAL SALE. They are not eligible for store credits, or size exchanges. Any final sale items sent back will be marked return to sender and will be subject to additional shipping costs.

- Intimates (i.e. bralettes)

What is Redo?
• When you opt-in for Redo at checkout, your return shipping label is included, allowing you to return any eligible item(s) in your order for a refund, exchange or store credit for FREE.
• If you decide not to buy Redo, you can still return your items, but you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping label.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
• All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and must have the original tags still intact. Items must be free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, cigarette smoke, pet hair or any other stains/elements. If any returns do not meet these requirements, you will be contacted, the items will be returned to you and will be subject to additional shipping costs.
• Shoes must be returned with their original box inside another box to protect from damage. Please don't place the shipping label directly on shoe box or tape shut.
•We highly recommend keeping your tracking number for your return. This will ensure you are able to see when your package is received since we do not notify when returns arrive to our warehouse. We are not responsible for lost return packages.
Processing Time For Returns
• Please allow 5-10 business days for processing once received in our warehouse.•Once processed, you will receive an email containing your store credit or confirming your exchange. Due to our high volume, we do not notify customers when we receive their return package in our warehouse. This is why we recommend hanging onto your return tracking number so you know when it has arrived
.**We reserve the right to refuse a return if the items do not meet the criteria above.

In Store Holiday Returns: After November 1st, all items with tags attached may be returned until January 14th for in-store credit or exchange. Receipt or gift receipt must be present, no exceptions.
