Please note that items ordered together may not be shipped out on the same day. Occasionally items may be temporarily out-of-stock or backordered. You will be alerted in either instance and will be provided with an approximate date of shipment. Any shipping delay will be communicated to you at the time of your order. Should any other unforeseen delay occur, you will be notified within 10 days of placing your order. 

Orders that are placed Monday thru Friday will be shipped within 24 hours of ordering, with occasional items taking 48 hours to process. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will ship out the following Monday (excluding holidays).

All orders are shipped via USPS.

Lee & Birch does not offer international shipping. We will only ship to the Domestic US. If an order is placed with an address outside of the US, we will cancel the order.

REFUSED SHIPMENTS

Refused shipments will be assessed a 25% restocking fee and all shipping charges. Please note we are not responsible or liable for the return, tracking down of, receipt or condition of refused shipments.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Lee & Birch is NOT Responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please submit all claims to the United States Postal Service or UPS. If your item arrives damages, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery.
