ITEM AVAILABILITY

Although we make every effort to sufficiently stock items listed on our site, occasionally items may be out-of-stock or backordered. You will be alerted via email in either instance. Any changes with be reflected in your order total as well as your shipping confirmation. 

SPECIAL ORDERS

See an item that you'd like that isn't currently in stock? Or would you prefer a different color or size? Send us an email at info@leeandbirch.com and we will be happy to let you know if that special order can be placed. Special orders cannot be canceled or returned and are not eligible for refund. 

DISCOUNT AND COUPON CODE EXCLUSIONS

Periodically we offer discounts and coupon codes to our customers. In most cases your coupon code is valid for all items contained in an order, however there are some exceptions. The following types of items are excluded from discounts:

- Gift certificates

- Sale items

- Coupon codes cannot be combined with any other discount

If an order comes through with a discount code applied to an item listed above, the discount will be removed and your order total will be adjusted. 

ORDER CONFIRMATION

You will receive an order confirmation via email once your order is placed. The confirmation will list your order number and an approximate order total. Once your order has been shipped, we will send an email with tracking information. 

CHANGING OR CANCELING AN ORDER

We ask that you review your order carefully prior to submission, as it cannot be modified once submitted. Once an order has been placed it cannot be canceled or modified.

PAYMENT

Lee & Birch accepts the following forms of payment: Visa, American Express, Discover, MasterCard and PayPal. Your card will be charged when your order is placed. Should your payment be declined, Lee & Birch is not liable for any delays in delivery. 

SALES TAX

Lee & Birch is located in Michigan and is required by law to charge sales tax on items shipping to Michigan. All other states and countries are not charged sales tax.

Cancellation

 

You can cancel any time by texting "STOP". After you send the SMS message "STOP", we will send you a message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed and no more messages will be sent. If you would like to receive messages from Lee&Birch again, just sign up as you did the first time and Lee&Birch will start sending messages to you again.

Transfer of Number

 

You agree that before changing your mobile number or transferring your mobile number to another individual, you will either reply “STOP” from the original number or notify us of your old number at info@leeandbirch.com.
