IN STORE RETURN POLICY
All items with tags attached may be returned for in-store credit or exchange within 14 days of purchase. The receipt must be present, no exceptions. In-store credit will be applied to a gift card that never expires.
In Store Holiday Returns: After November 1st, all items with tags attached may be returned until January 14th for in-store credit or exchange. Receipt or gift receipt must be present, no exceptions.
WEBSITE RETURN POLICY
We pride ourselves on customer satisfaction here at Lee & Birch. However if for any reason you do not love your purchase, return the item in its original condition within 14 days for a full refund or within 15-30 days for online credit, less shipping costs. Lee & Birch is not responsible for return postage fees and original shipping charges are non-refundable. Merchandise must be returned in the original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with tags attached. Online purchase can be returned in-store at any location if receipt is present.
We reserve the right to refuse any returns received 30 days after the post marked delivery date or if we determine that the merchandise does not qualify for a return. A 20% restocking fee may apply for returns accepted past our 30 days period.
If you would like to exchange an item, we suggest you place a new order for the item you want to ensure that it is in stock. We will refund the cost of the returned merchandise back to you in the original form of payment.
Online Holiday Returns: All online purchases made after November 1st may be returned until January 14th for full refund, exchange or return. Tags must be attached with the item in its original condition.
*Final sale, promotional, special ordered items, eyewear, earrings, and hosiery may not be returned or exchanged.
HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN:
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order # and return request. We will get back to you ASAP with a RA number and shipping instructions.
We also accept website returns in all 4 of our store locations.
Lee & Birch will notify you via email once your return/exchange has been processed. Please note: we will not begin processing the refund until the product has arrived. Refunds will be credited to the same card used to make your purchase. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. The original shipping fee will be deducted from the refund for any order which included free shipping. Please allow 1 week for your refund to be processed from the date we inspect it for return. Depending on your credit card company's processing time it can take 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.
Refused shipments will be assessed a 25% restocking fee and all shipping charges. Please note we are not responsible or liable for the return, tracking down of, receipt or condition of refused shipments.
Please note that items ordered together may not be shipped out on the same day. Occasionally items may be temporarily out-of-stock or backordered. You will be alerted in either instance and will be provided with an approximate date of shipment. Any shipping delay will be communicated to you at the time of your order. Should any other unforeseen delay occur, you will be notified within 10 days of placing your order.
Domestic orders that are placed Monday thru Friday will be shipped within 24 hours of ordering, with occasional items taking 48 hours to process. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will ship out the following Monday (excluding holidays).

HOLIDAY SHIPPING SCHEDULE
Nation-wide shipping: Purchase on or before December 15th for guaranteed delivery before Christmas.
Michigan shipment purchases may be made up until December 20th for Christmas delivery.
