We would like to introduce everyone to our lovely, hardworking, driven, multi-talented General Manager, Sarah Winslow! She can also be described as outgoing, fun, a natural leader, and extremely organized... with the best memory anyone has ever witnessed!

Many of you have met Sarah at some point in-store but for those of you who don't know her, we are honored to share with you a bit about the lady that keeps all-three locations operating smoothly!

For starters, Sarah joined our team over four years ago. After being born and raised in Grand Rapids, MI she left for eight years, never expecting to return back to her hometown. It wasn't until she accepted a position in sales at L&B that she returned back permanently and we are all so happy she did!

She quickly grew from a role in sales to managing our GR location and eventually accepted her current role as our GM. Sarah now works in all three locations on a weekly basis and sometimes all in one day, fondly referring to it as her, "Tour de L&B"! She describes her opportunity to work in all-three stores as being the highlight of her position. She enjoys having the chance to influence, learn, support and grow with each team. Plus, she still gets to interact and meet all of our lovely customers while in the stores!

We cannot wait to see what Sarah is capable of doing next as she continues to grow and positively impact Lee & Birch! Thank you to our photographer Leigh Ann Cobb for capturing Sarah in the space of her home!
